It normally takes 2 to 3 days for a delivery depending on the product in question and the delivery address.
When you place order, You will receive a tracking number that helps you track your order and status.

If you have received a confirmation email it will have a confirmation code with it. You can use this code and reply back to the email to get an update on the status of your order.
Please also note that once we have dispatched your order through our logistics partner, LCS/TCS/CC you’ll receive an order tracking number as well.

GOTO the ‘My Account’ section in Top Right Side.
Click Manage Your Order button.
Click order button on left side bar and copy order id.
Now click on Track Order from bottom side.
Type Your E-mail and tracking number here.
You will get the current status of your order.
This process will help review the status of your orders, so that you can receive relevant information based on the respective ‘Order Number’.
Also after dispatch we will Email/WhatsApp your parcel courier tracking number, so you can easily get your parcel status directly from courier partner website.
You can cancel or edit your order before it is dispatched. Once Courier Logistics has issued a tracking number to us, the order cannot be changed or cancelled because it has been dispatched.

Refund is only available in case the wrong product delivered to you or delivered product is defective.
In such a case you must immediately notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package from our logistics partner.

We take 48 hours after receiving back to confirm if the warranty is applicable.
If approved, we will require your bank details, Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa or any bank account of Pakistan to transfer the refund in your account.
